Note: This category is to be used to indicate death from any obstetric cause (conditions in categories O00-O75, O85-O92, and O98-O99 occurring more than 42 days but less than one year after delivery. The ‘sequelae’ include conditions specified as such or as late effects, or those present one year or more after delivery.
